ACTIVITY
Marcon made a strategic investment in Prime Active Capital beginning in 2015, establishing a significant holding. We actively participated in the Reverse Takeover process of C7 Brands (UK) by taking a board seat. In2017, the company transitioned off the AIM and ISEQ exchanges. By 2018, the subsidiary was expanding its capital and entering markets, including the USA, Australia, and UAE, culminating in a successful sale of our holding in 2019 through a Buyout (MBO).

The Acquisition and Redevelopment Project in the Licensed sector spanned 2016 to 2020, focusing on transforming a site a vibrant entertainment hub. This joint venture involved acquiring a freehold property from Deloitte (the Receiver) and successfully obtaining full planning permission for redevelopment. The new project will feature a public house, a restaurant, and a live music venue with a capacity of 500 people, located in Swords, County Dublin. This initiative aims to enhance the local community by providing an exciting space dining and entertainment.
